Sean Marchionte is City Parking & Valet Services President.
Mr. Marchionte founded City Parking & Valet Services in 1991 and has
successfully managed the growth and development of this company into
a recognizable force in the parking and valet industry. Mr. Marchionte
currently owns and manages more than $50,000,000 of commercial and
developmental real estate in Rhode Island, Connecticut, Florida and
Massachusetts.
Mr. Marchionte is intimately familiar with the revitalization of residential
and commercial properties in growing downtown areas enabling him to
understand the importance of parking and valet services in such thriving
communities. Mr. Marchionte received a Business Management degree
from Providence College.
Ajay Seth is Director of Operations.
Mr. Seth is responsible for business development with a focus on
inventory control. Mr. Seth’s background in economics has provided City
Parking with some of the industries most respected revenue control
techniques. Mr. Seth has several years of experience in the hospitality
field.
Mr. Seth has a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Punjab University in
India, Diploma in Operations Management from Lucerne, Switzerland and
an MBA from Johnson & Wales University, U.S.A.
Richard Bollengier is Director of Finance.
A certified Public Accountant, Mr. Bollengier has more than 30 years of
significant experience in strategic planning, budgeting, auditing and
forecasting. Since Joining City Parking in 2007, Rick has managed the
company’s financial operations. Rick is responsible for financial planning
and reporting, maintaining cash flows, preparing operational budgets-
additionally recognizing and assisting in potential business opportunities.
Mr. Bollengier earned his bachelors degree in Business Administration
from Northeastern University in Boston. Prior to joining City Parking, Rick
worked for more than 36 years for the Federal Government specifically in
Tax and accounting issues. Mr. Bollengier is a member of National
Treasury employees union and currently serves on its local board of
directors.
